Glad that PBS is catering to the young adult & gamer audiences– last time I was into a PBS program was GhostWriter in the mid 90’s. I’ll tape my program (late night or uuber early morning) but I want a little more of this PBS.

  • TheLemonGelati:

16 people dislike this?.. wonder if they are anti-music or just plain hate video games.

I’m in LA and I’ve been checking my listings. So far I have found nothing. Anyone from my area got the time when this will show??

  • Randomacts2:

You played old bait and trick, you looked like finally a major TV network was going to understand videogames… but no you guys are just doing music AND some of them are wrong IE: Warcraft 3 for the warcraft.. EPIC FAIL…

  • MythPlus83:

I remember this when it was called “Long Ago and Far Away” Thank you Mr. Earl Jones…I will always appreciate your thoughtful outlook on life!

  • Hahligirl56:

I’ve looked on the PBS site for TV listings for this show…I got absolutely nothing. :/

  • Vmonkey23:

I tried cheking my local listings on your site (Mount Sterling, KY, USA) but found nothing but KET and that had nothing but Kentucky-related shows on. Am I doing something wrong?

anyone know when i’ll be able to see this i’m from Detroit Michigan and the pbs website listing isn’t working for me!!??

  • countjimmy12:

@PBS I can’t find anything about this show on your website or the schedule link you provided with the video.

  • PBS:

@koalasheepandowls The best thing to do is to go the website of your local PBS station and search that schedule.

  • koalasheepandowls:

@PBS I live in canada so when I go to the Schedule section and put my zip code in and it wont work, I really wanna see this so is there anyway I can find the schedule?

  • bobleboucher1:

@PBS I click on the first link. But finding WHEN the show gonna air on my station is near impossible. The site is slow. The search box for video games live don’t show any usefull information. And if the show is part of the Classic Arts showcase, all I can see is “Sorry, no episode information available” . Why you don’t put a simple list of WHEN it gonna air on every PBS station.

  • ZurBar8:

@Taedran Wait. People commited suicide over Avatar not being real? Please tell me you made that up.

  • PBS:

@biokinaaron Click on the first link in the desciption to see when it airs near you.

  • biokinaaron:

Anyone know when this is going to air exactly? Went to the PBS site but couldn’t find any information on the date.. Actually to be more specific, when is this going to air in Iowa? lmao

  • IggyHazard:

When I was a kid, I used to tape Tallarico music off ye olde console games back in the day with audio cassettes and listen to it on my Walkman. My “classmates” used to tell me to “get some real music” (I listened to Metallica just like everyone else but I also liked Tommy Tallarico and other VG soundtrack composers). They’re probably singing a different tune nowadays.

  • IggyHazard:

Tallarico rules!! 8-D I’ve been a fan of his since the early ’90s. Ever heard the soundtrack to ‘The Terminator’ for Sega CD? Epic. I wouldn’t be surprized if they did a symphonic philharmonic rendition of the Bloodpool theme from ActRaiser (which has been done, but everyone puts a different spin on it). Kelly Bailey’s music would also meld excellently with symphonic style. It would be like Thomas Dolby meets Glenn Miller.
